The Senate Committee on Government Affairswas called to order by Chairman Ann O'Connell, at 11:07 a.m., on Monday, June 4, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O’Connell requested a motion to not concur with Amendment        No. 1212 to Senate Bill 306.

 

SENATE BILL 306:  Makes various changes relating to emergency management. (BDR 18-1231)

 

            SENATOR O’DONNELL MOVED TO NOT CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1212 TO S.B. 306.

 

            SENATOR PORTER SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Chairman O’Connell requested a motion to not recede from Amendment        No. 1221 to Assembly Bill 664.

 

ASSEMBLY BILL 664:  Revises districts for state board of education and board of regents. (BDR 34-1541)

 

            SENATOR O’DONNELL MOVED TO NOT RECEDE FROM AMENDMENT NO. 1221 TO A.B. 664.

 

            SENATOR PORTER SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

            THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
