The Senate Committee on Government Affairswas called to order by Chairman Ann O'Connell, at 11:27 p.m., on Monday, June 4, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O’Connell requested a motion to amend and do pass Amendment No. 1256 for Senate Bill 575. The amendment now includes congressional districting (Exhibit A).
SENATE BILL 575: Revises districts for state legislators and representatives in congress. (BDR 17-1558)
SENATOR RAGGIO MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS AS AMENDED S.B. 575 WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1256.
SENATOR O’DONNELL SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Chairman O’Connell adjourned the meeting at 11:29 p.m.
