The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilitieswas called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 12:25 p.m., on Wednesday, May 23, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.

Chairman Rawson informed the committee the Assembly amended Senate Bill (S.B.) 191 with Assembly Amendment No. 722. 

 

SENATE BILL 191: Makes various changes regarding possession, care, custody and disposition of and liability for certain newborn infants. (BDR 38-736)

 

Chairman Rawson called for a motion to concur or not concur. 

                       

SENATOR WIENER MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 722 TO S.B. 191.

 

SENATOR SCHNEIDER SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
