The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilitieswas called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 5:20 p.m., on Sunday, June 3, 2001,  on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rawson called for a motion on Assembly Bill (A.B.)  174.

 

ASSEMBLY BILL 174:  Authorizes juvenile court to establish program of visitation to office of county coroner and to order child adjudicated delinquent to participate in such program. (BDR 5-103)

 

SENATOR WASHINGTON MOVED TO DO PASS A.B. 174.

 

SENATOR WIENER SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATOR SCHNEIDER WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
