The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilitieswas called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 10:45 a.m., on Friday, February 23, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rawson called for committee introduction of Bill Draft Request (BDR) 40-1318.

 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 40-1318:  Makes various changes concerning provision of prescription drugs and pharmaceutical services for senior citizens. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 239.)

 

 

SENATOR TOWNSEND MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 40-1318.

 

SENATOR MATHEWS SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATOR WASHINGTON WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
