Chairman Rawson requested committee introduction of two bill draft requests (BDRs), BDR 54-1081 and BDR 54-38.
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 54-1081: Revises provisions governing license to practice as professional nurse or practical nurse or certificate to practice as nursing assistant to person who has been issued corresponding license or certificate in another jurisdiction. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 423.)
SENATOR AMODEI MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 54-1081.
SENATOR WIENER SECONDED THE MOTION.
