The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilitieswas called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 11:24 a.m., on Monday, March 26, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 38-355: Creates advisory council within department of human resources. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 538.)
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 40-400: Makes various changes to provisions governing practice of pharmacy. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 544.)
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 40-536: Makes various changes concerning fund for a healthy Nevada. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 539.)
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 33-545: Makes various changes to provisions governing department of museums, library and arts. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 541.)
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 34-1172 Makes various changes concerning contracts that faculty members and employees of University and College System of Nevada may enter into or benefit from. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 543.)
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 40-1248 Creates state commission for approval of research programs for medical use of marijuana. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 545.)
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 39-1442 Changes name of Nevada mental health institute to northern Nevada adult mental health services. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 540.)
BILL DRAFT REQUEST 34-1449 Creates fund for residency programs of University of Nevada School of Medicine. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 542.)
SENATOR WASHINGTON MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 38-355, BDR 40-400, BDR 40-536, BDR 33-545, BDR 34-1172, BDR 40-1248, BDR 39-1442, AND BDR 34-1449.
SENATOR AMODEI SECONDED THE MOTION.
THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATOR TOWNSEND WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
