The Senate Committee on Judiciarywas called to order by Chairman Mark A. James, at 2:43 p.m., on Saturday, May 26, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There is no Agenda.  There is no Attendance Roster.

Chairman James entertained a motion to amend and do pass Senate Bill (S.B.) 577.

 

SENATE BILL 577:  Limits common-law and statutory liability of corporate stockholders, directors and officers and increases fees for filing certain documents with secretary of state.  (BDR 7-1547)

 

SENATOR PORTER MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS S.B. 577.

 

SENATOR WASHINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
