The Senate Committee on Judiciarywas called to order by Vice Chairman Jon C. Porter, at 11:30 a.m., on Monday, March 26, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 14-1342:  Authorizes peace officer to detain witness           to         crime under certain circumstances.  (Later introduced as Senate Bill 549.)
