The Senate Committee on Natural Resourceswas called to order by Chairman Dean A. Rhoads, at 3:23 p.m., on Thursday, May 24, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rhoads opened the hearing on Senate Bill (S.B.) 467.

 

SENATE BILL 467:  Requires board of wildlife commissioners to establish maximum number of deer and antelope tags which may be issued annually as compensation for damage to private property. (BDR 45-1224)

 


SENATOR COFFIN MOVED TO CONCUR AMENDMENT NO. 718 TO SENATE BILL 467.

 

SENATOR CARLTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATOR JAMES WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
