The Senate Committee on Natural Resourceswas called to order by Chairman Dean A. Rhoads, at 3:25 p.m., on Saturday, May 26, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rhoads opened the meeting on Senate Bill (S.B.) 535.

 

SENATE BILL 535:  Authorizes local air pollution control agency in certain counties to establish program to reduce and control air pollution. (BDR 40-791)

 

SENATOR JACOBSEN MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 836 TO S.B. 535.

 

SENATOR COFFIN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATORS MCGINNESS AND JAMES WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.  SENATOR SHAFFER ABSTAINED FROM THE VOTE.)
