The Senate Committee on Transportationwas called to order by Chairman William R. O'Donnell, at 3:55 p.m., on Monday, May 28, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O’Donnell opened the floor meeting and summarized the purpose of Amendment No. 724 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 396.

 

SENATE BILL 396:  Makes various changes regarding traffic laws. (BDR 43‑1219)

 

SENATOR CARLTON MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 724 TO S.B. 396.

 

SENATOR CARE SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
