The Senate Committee on Transportationwas called to order by Chairman William R. O'Donnell, at 1:45 p.m., on Monday, June 4, 2001, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O’Donnell opened the floor meeting and summarized the purpose of Amendment No. 1186 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 56

 

SENATE BILL 56:  Creates legislative oversight committee on transportation. (BDR 17-68)

 

SENATOR AMODEI MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1186 TO S.B. 56.

 

SENATOR CARLTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
