Chapter 355.

Sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9 effective on October 1, 2001. Sections 4 and 6 effective at 12:02 a.m. on October 1, 2001. The amendatory provisions of sections 2, 5 and 6 expire by limitation on October 1, 2005, if on that date the department of motor vehicles and public safety has received fewer than 250 applications for the issuance of license plates pursuant to section 2 of this act. The amendatory provisions of section 3 expire by limitation on October 1, 2005, if on that date the department of motor vehicles and public safety has received fewer than 250 applications for the issuance of license plates pursuant to section 3 of this act.
