S.B. 302 Revises provisions governing payment of hospitals for serving indigent patients. (BDR 40-962)

S.B. 337 Provides for regulation of boilers, elevators, pressure vessels, boiler inspectors and elevator mechanics. (BDR 40-1033)

S.B. 377 Revises provisions governing payment of hospitals for treating disproportionate share of Medicaid patients, indigent patients or other low-income patients. (BDR 38-316)

S.B. 484 Requires Legislative Committee on Health Care to study diversion of patients in need of emergency services and care from hospitals that lack sufficient resources to provide needed services and care. (BDR S-1233)
