S.B. 126            Prohibits certain discrimination against employee and prospective employee for filing claim for workers’ compensation. (BDR 53-856)

 

S.B. 154            Establishes limits on attorney’s fees for representing injured employee to obtain workers’ compensation benefits. (BDR 53-447)

 

S.B. 209            Makes various changes to provisions governing workers’ compensation benefits. (BDR 53-616)
