S.B. 569            Makes various changes relating to enhancements of telephone systems for reporting emergencies in counties. (BDR 20-1527)

 

A.B. 59              Amends charter of City of Las Vegas to provide that office of additional councilman created as result of increase in number of wards must be filled initially by election. (BDR S-71)

 

A.B. 60              Authorizes public body to post additional notice of its meetings on its Internet website, if any. (BDR 18-674)

 

A.B. 299            Revises provisions relating to ballot questions and petitions. (BDR 24-598)

 

A.B. 326            Requires local governments to disclose certain expenses relating to lobbying. (BDR 31-496)

 

A.B. 487            Allowing for challenges of qualifications of certain candidates for office and providing that candidates who file certain false documents are ineligible for public office for 5 years. (BDR 24-586)
