S.B. 94              Prohibits state contractors’ board from issuing certificate of preference in bidding on public works to persons not licensed as general contractor. (BDR 28-955)

 

S.B. 95              Revises provisions authorizing state employees to obtain additional retirement credit as payment for unused sick leave. (BDR 23-210)
