A.B. 248            Requires adoption of regulations governing provision of certain information to foster or adoptive parents and revises certain provisions governing procedures for protection of children from abuse and neglect. (BDR 38-356)

 

A.B. 264            Authorizes counties to designate certain shelters as approved youth shelters for runaway or homeless youths. (BDR 38-115)

 

A.C.R. 10          Urges Department of Human Resources to review federal Foster Care Independence Act of 1999 to determine feasibility of amending state plan for Medicaid to create new Medicaid eligibility group for young adults who have “aged out” of foster care. (BDR R-323)
