A.B. 328            Makes various changes concerning sealing of criminal records and restoration of civil rights. (BDR 14-122)

 

A.B. 370            Authorizes employers to obtain orders for protection against harassment in workplace and establishes procedures for obtaining such orders. (BDR 3-720)

 

A.B. 574            Makes changes to provisions concerning programs of treatment for abuse of alcohol or drugs for certain offenders and provisions concerning sentencing of certain persons sentenced to imprisonment for life without parole. (BDR 16-1327)
