S.B. 34              Revises provisions relating to appointment of temporary guardians. (BDR 13-1070)

 

S.B. 36              Changes standard of proof in proceeding for forfeiture of property. (BDR 14-14)

 

S.B. 87              Provides that court may order that psychological evaluation and necessary counseling be provided to child affected by battery which constitutes domestic violence. (BDR 15-854)
