S.B. 159            Makes various changes concerning protectible interests in domestic water wells. (BDR 48-309)

 

S.B. 161            Requires applicant for permit to operate certain water systems to provide documentation that applicant possesses sufficient water rights to operate system. (BDR 40-308)
