S.B. 161            Requires applicant for permit to operate certain water systems to provide documentation that applicant possesses sufficient water rights to operate system. (BDR 40-308)

 

S.J.R. 1             Expresses support of Nevada Legislature for amendment to Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 to require identification, mapping and recognition of certain rights of way across land administered by Federal Government. (BDR R-1039)

 

S.J.R. 2             Expresses opposition to designation of national monument by President of United States without obtaining approval of each state and local government in which national monument is located. (BDR R-723)
