Illinois State Senator Steven J. Rauschenberger who sits on their Appropriations Committee will discuss Assembly Bill 455.

 

 

Assembly Bill 455:          Enacts Simplified Sales and Use Tax Administration Act.

Senator Rauschenberger serves as Co-Chair of the National Conference of State Legislatures E-Commerce Task Force, which advocates for e-commerce tax fairness.
