S.B. 361            Imposes certain restrictions on transportation of certain hazardous waste and requires state environmental commission to impose certain requirements on storage of that waste. (BDR 40-1246)

 

S.B. 408            Requires Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety to enter into certain interlocal contracts to provide services for registration of motor vehicles. (BDR S-1101)

 

S.B. 415            Requires Legislative Auditor to conduct audit of Department of Transportation and Board of Directors of Department. (BDR S-964)

 

S.J.R. 10           Urges Congress to require implementation of certain safety precautions if Federal Government locates repository for storage of high-level radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel in Nevada. (BDR R-1247)

 

Work Session:

 

S.B. 119            Requires taxicab authority to establish program for transportation by taxicab of elderly persons and permanently handicapped persons in certain counties. (BDR 58-692)
