AN ACT making an appropriation to the Division of State Parks of the State
Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for the restoration of the
historic Belmont Court House; and providing other matters properly relating
thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. There is
hereby appropriated from the state general fund to
1-2 the Division of State Parks
of the State Department of Conservation and
1-3 Natural Resources the sum of $125,000 for the
restoration of the
1-4 foundation and other
portions necessary to preserve the structure of the
1-5 historic Belmont Court
House.
1-6 Sec. 2. Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by section 1
1-7 of this act must not be
committed for expenditure after June 30, 2005, and
1-8 reverts to the state general
fund as soon as all payments of money
1-9 committed have been made.
1-10 Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
