AN ACT relating to state emblems; declaring “Silver State Fanfare” as the official state march of the State of Nevada; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. Chapter 235 of NRS is hereby amended by adding thereto a

1-2  new section to read as follows:

1-3    The march entitled “Silver State Fanfare,” composed by Gerald Willis,

1-4  is hereby adopted and declared to be the official state march of the State

1-5  of Nevada.
