AN ACT making an appropriation to the legislative fund for the reproduction of older volumes of Nevada Reports and Statutes of Nevada; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2  the legislative fund created by NRS 218.085 the sum of $73,100 for the

1-3  cost of reproducing older volumes of Nevada Reports that are out of print

1-4  or of limited supply, pursuant to NRS 345.025, and for the cost of

1-5  reproducing volumes of Statutes of Nevada that are in short supply or out

1-6  of print.

1-7    Sec. 2.  Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by section 1

1-8  of this act must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2003, and

1-9  reverts to the state general fund as soon as all payments of money

1-10  committed have been made.

1-11    Sec. 3.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
