AN ACT making an appropriation for the support of the clinical law program at the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to
1-2 the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, for the support of the clinical law
1-3 program at the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas:
1-4 For the fiscal year 2001-2002.............. $752,145
1-5 For the fiscal year 2002-2003.............. $852,977
1-6 Sec. 2. Any balance of the sums appropriated by section 1 of this act
1-7 remaining at the end of the respective fiscal years must not be committed
1-8 for expenditure after June 30 of the respective fiscal years and reverts to
1-9 the state general fund as soon as all payments of money committed have
1-10 been made.
1-11 Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
