AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Business and Industry for an unanticipated shortfall in the money budgeted for salaries for personnel in the Nevada Athletic Commission’s Amateur Boxing Program; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to
1-2 the Department of Business and Industry the sum of $1,583 for an
1-3 unanticipated shortfall in the money budgeted for salaries for personnel in
1-4 the Nevada Athletic Commission’s Amateur Boxing Program. This
1-5 appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 23 of chapter 571,
1-6 Statutes of Nevada 1999, at page 2983.
1-7 Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
