AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Business and Industry for an unanticipated shortfall in the money budgeted for salaries for meeting expenses and salaries for personnel in the Nevada Athletic Commission.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

   Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

 the Department of Business and Industry the sum of $3,215 for an

 unanticipated shortfall in the money budgeted for meeting expenses and

 salaries for personnel in the Nevada Athletic Commission. This

 appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 23 of chapter 571,

 Statutes of Nevada 1999, at page 2983.

   Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
