AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the State Department of Agriculture for shortfalls in the revolving account for agriculture working capital and the State Predatory Animal and Rodent Committee; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2  the State Department of Agriculture the sum of $12,035 to be distributed as

1-3  follows:

1-4    1.  For a shortfall in the revolving account for agriculture working

1-5  capital created by NRS 561.335 the sum of $4,990.

1-6    2.  For a shortfall in terminal annual leave expenses of the State

1-7  Predatory Animal and Rodent Committee created by NRS 567.020 the sum

1-8  of $7,045.

1-9  This appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 24 of chapter

1-10  571, Statutes of Nevada 1999, at page 2983.

1-11    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
