THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. The Executive Director of the Office of Veterans’ Services
1-2 may accept gifts and grants for the support of the World War II Memorial
1-3 Campaign to establish the national memorial for World War II veterans.
1-4 The Executive Director of the Office of Veterans’ Services shall transmit
1-5 to the Campaign, on behalf of the State of Nevada, at appropriate intervals,
1-6 any gifts and grants received for this purpose.
1-7 Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
