AN ACT making an appropriation to the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for the State of Nevada’s share for carrying out the Truckee River Operating Agreement; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated to the State Department of

1-2  Conservation and Natural Resources the sum of $80,000 for the State of

1-3  Nevada’s share for carrying out the Truckee River Operating Agreement.

1-4    Sec. 2.  Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by section 1

1-5  of this act must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2003, and

1-6  reverts to the state general fund as soon as all payments of money

1-7  committed have been made.

1-8    Sec. 3.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
