Assembly Bill No. 525–Committee on Ways and Means

AN ACT making an appropriation to the Supreme Court of Nevada for security system upgrades, a system-wide website and communications infrastructure, and new and replacement equipment; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

   Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

 the Supreme Court of Nevada the sum of $395,028 for security system

 upgrades, a system-wide website and communications infrastructure, and

 new and replacement equipment.

   Sec. 2.  Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by section 1

 of this act must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2003, and

 reverts to the state general fund as soon as all payments of money

 committed have been made.

   Sec. 3.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
