AN ACT making an appropriation to restore the balance in the emergency account; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

   Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

 the emergency account, created by NRS 353.263, the sum of $160,000 to

 restore the balance in the account.

   Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
