AN ACT making an appropriation to the State Public Works Board for a needs assessment and feasibility study relating to curriculum programming and potential building construction at the Fallon campus of the Western Nevada Community College; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to
1-2 the State Public Works Board the sum of $200,000 for a needs assessment
1-3 and feasibility study relating to curriculum programming and potential
1-4 building construction at the Fallon campus of Western Nevada Community
1-5 College.
1-6 Sec. 2. Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by section 1
1-7 of this act must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2003, and
1-8 reverts to the state general fund as soon as all payments of money
1-9 committed have been made.
1-10 Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
