AN ACT making appropriations from the state general fund and the state highway fund to the Budget Division of the Department of Administration for the continuation of the development and roll out of the Integrated Financial System; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general
1-2 fund to the Budget Division of the Department of Administration the sum
1-3 of $12,303,000 for the continuation of the development and roll out of the
1-4 Integrated Financial System.
1-5 2. There is hereby appropriated from the state highway fund to the
1-6 Budget Division of the Department of Administration the sum of
1-7 $2,664,000 for the continuation of the development and roll out of the
1-8 Integrated Financial System.
1-9 Sec. 2. Any remaining balance of the appropriations made by section
1-10 1 of this act must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2003,
1-11 and reverts to the appropriate fund as soon as all payments of money
1-12 committed have been made.
1-13 Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
