Assembly Concurrent RESOLUTION—Requesting the return to the Assembly from the Governor’s office of Assembly Bill No.302 of this session.

 

1-1     Whereas, Assembly Bill No. 302 of this session has passed both

1-2  houses of the 71st session of the Legislature, has been enrolled and

1-3  delivered to the Governor; and

1-4     Whereas, Assembly Bill No. 302 needs further legislative attention;

1-5  now, therefore, be it

1-6     Resolved by the Assembly of the State of Nevada, the Senate

1-7  Concurring, That the Governor of the State of Nevada is hereby

1-8  respectfully requested to return Assembly Bill No. 302 of this session to

1-9  the Assembly for further consideration; and be it further

1-10     Resolved, That the Chief Clerk of the Assembly prepare and transmit

1-11  a copy of this resolution to Governor Kenny C. Guinn as soon as

1-12  practicable.
