     Amend sec. 2, page 3, line 1, by deleting:

“of a testator who” and inserting:

“if the testator”.

     Amend sec. 2, page 3, line 3, after “(b)” by inserting:

“An inter vivos trust if the settlor dies on or after December 1, 2002;

     (c)”.

     Amend sec. 2, page 3, line 5, by deleting “(c)” and inserting “(d)”.
