     Amend the bill as a whole by deleting sec. 4 and adding:

     “Sec. 4. (Deleted by amendment.)”.

     Amend sec. 9, page 6, line 20, by deleting “1” and inserting “5”.

     Amend sec. 9, page 6, line 26, by deleting “1” and inserting “5”.

     Amend sec. 9, page 6, line 29, by deleting:

“2 to 8, inclusive,” and inserting:

“1 to 4, inclusive, and 6, 7 and 8”.
