     Amend section 1, page 1, line 18, after “3.” by inserting:

Compliance with this section by a seller constitutes an affirmative defense in any action brought against the seller by the purchaser based upon any damages allegedly suffered as the result of livestock entering the property.

     4.”.

     Amend the title of the bill, third line, after “range;” by inserting:

“providing that compliance with the requirement of disclosure constitutes an affirmative defense in certain actions brought against the seller;”.

     Amend the summary of the bill to read as follows:

“SUMMARY—Enacts provisions concerning disclosure of information in sale of property adjacent to open range. (BDR 10‑56)”.
