     Amend sec. 2, pages 1 and 2, by deleting lines 18 and 19 on page 1 and lines 1 and 2 on page 2 and inserting:

“deliver the arrested person without unnecessary delay to a peace officer. The peace officer shall take the arrested person without unnecessary delay before the nearest available magistrate empowered to commit persons charged with offenses against the laws of the State of Nevada . [or deliver the arrested person to a peace officer.]”.
