     Amend section 1, page 1, line 3, by deleting “If” and inserting:

“Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, if”.

     Amend section 1, page 1, line 11, after “week.” by inserting:

“The parent or legal guardian of such a child may agree with the entity that employs the child that the entity will pay the costs for the child to receive a different amount of tutoring than is required by this subsection.”.
