     Amend section 1, page 2, line 6, by deleting “Shall” and inserting “May”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, by deleting lines 23 through 26 and inserting:

     “(b) [Shall,] May, except as otherwise provided in this subsection, designate a separate area which may be used for smoking.
