     Amend section 1, page 1, line 14, by deleting “Acknowledgement” and inserting:

“Proof that the physician satisfies the requirements for licensure set forth in NRS 630.160;

     (d) Acknowledgment”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 1, by deleting “(d) Acknowledgement” and inserting “(e) Acknowledgment”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 4, by deleting “license.” and inserting:

“license, except for payment by a medical facility at which the physician provides volunteer medical services of the expenses of the physician for necessary travel, continuing education, malpractice insurance or fees of the state board of pharmacy.”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, lines 5, 8 and 18, by deleting “retired”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, by deleting lines 21 through 24 and inserting:

“volunteer medical license is subject to all the provisions governing disciplinary action set forth in this chapter.”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 25, by deleting “retired”.
