     Amend sec. 7, page 4, by deleting lines 41 and 42 and inserting:

“discharge the defendant and dismiss the proceedings against him. Discharge and dismissal pursuant”.

     Amend sec. 7, page 5, by deleting lines 6 through 10.

     Amend sec. 8, page 5, by deleting line 11 and inserting:

     “Sec. 8. 1.  Three years”.

     Amend sec. 8, page 5, by deleting lines 25 through 28.
