     Amend the bill as a whole by deleting sec. 3 and inserting:

     “Sec. 3. (Deleted by amendment.)”.

     Amend the title of the bill, second and third lines, by deleting:

“prohibiting a person from driving a vehicle in an imprudent or careless manner;”.
