     Amend section 1, page 1, by deleting lines 3 and 4 and inserting:

“Department of Human Resources the sum of $439,828 for new and replacement equipment, maintenance, and new and replacement computer hardware and software at the Nevada”.

     Amend the title of the bill by deleting the second and third lines and inserting:

“Services of the Department of Human Resources for new and replacement equipment, maintenance, and new and replacement computer hardware and software at the Nevada Mental Health Institute; and”.

     Amend the summary of the bill to read as follows:

“SUMMARY—Makes appropriation to Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services of Department of Human Resources for new and replacement equipment, maintenance, and new and replacement computer hardware and software. (BDR S‑1367)”.
