     Amend section 1, page 2, line 1, after “that” by inserting:

“, at the end of the current fiscal year,”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 2, by deleting “current” and inserting “next ensuing”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 4, by deleting “will” and inserting:

“, at the end of the current fiscal year, is determined by the local government to”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 5, by deleting “current” and inserting “next ensuing”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 10, by deleting the italicized period and inserting:

“, as determined by the local government at the end of the current fiscal year.”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 38, by deleting “6” and inserting “9”.

     Amend section 1, page 3, line 22, by deleting:

“for at least” and inserting:

“at the close of”.

     Amend the title of the bill by deleting the fifth and sixth lines and inserting:

“charges if an excess amount exists in such an enterprise fund at certain times; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.”.
